For urgent loans, we offer expedited services. Documents can be issued within a few hours, and settlements can take place the same day or the following day, depending on the complexity and requirements of the loan. Please note, a same-day turnaround requires that complete instructions be received by 9 AM. Please see our fee structure for urgency fees.

- Unforeseen Matters: Any new issues that arise during the course of the loan process which were not disclosed initially may delay the transaction.
- Lender Processing Times: Certain lenders may have their own processing timelines, which can impact the overall settlement schedule.
