Approximately 90% of our work is mortgage advances, mortgage discharges or mortgage variations, the remaining 10% is mortgage-related litigation.

Our constantly refined and rigorously enforced procedures, along with our sophisticated document assembly and loan tracking technology allow us to easily move work between legal teams so as to load balance in times of peak demand.

We target less than 80% capacity across all advance teams. This provides us with significant surge capacity. To assist with load balancing we publish each Associate’s current workload on our Capacity page (updated twice weekly). This allows our clients to choose the team with the highest capacity for the fastest turnaround.
