We recognise that the key to efficiency is well developed relationships. We therefore encourage our clients to develop strong relationships with particular teams.
Within teams every matter is assigned to an Associates. Thus, as well as requesting a particular team, you can also request assignment of your loan to a particular Associate.
We also encourage you to develop multiple team relationships so that in busy periods you can load balance.
The teams page has a business index for each team which is updated twice weekly.
Our policy is that, subject to workload, the client decides which team their work will be assigned to.
We also encourage lenders and brokers to be polite and not stress our our teams. Read the communications policy. Teams are at perfect liberty to refuse work, you don’t want to burn through all our teams because then you will have no where to go.
