- Settlement within 24 hours: Upon receiving the signed documents and all due diligence materials, we aim to settle within 24 hours.
For urgent loans, we offer expedited services. Documents can be issued within a few hours, and settlements can take place the same day or the following day, depending on the complexity and requirements of the loan. Please note, a same-day turnaround requires that complete instructions be received by 9 AM. Please see our fee structure for urgency fees.
Factors that may cause delays
While we work to ensure efficiency, certain factors may lead to delays in processing your transaction. These include:
- Incomplete instructions: Missing or unclear details can slow the process.
- Lack of communication: Delays from other parties involved in the transaction may affect timelines.
- Missing contact information: Failure to provide contact details for outgoing parties for PEXA may cause delays.
- Changes to loan structure or parties: Modifications made after the initial instructions are received can result in delays.
- Incomplete due diligence documents: Missing or late submission of requested due diligence documents may affect our ability to settle on time.
- Unforeseen matters: Any new issues that arise during the course of the loan process which were not disclosed initially may delay the transaction.
- Lender processing times: Certain lenders may have their own processing timelines, which can impact the overall settlement schedule.
