Bransgroves Lawyers is a Sydney CBD based law firm, with a satellite office on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Founded in 2001 we specialise in acting for finance companies, mortgage funds, loan syndicates and private mortgage lenders on commercial mortgage transactions throughout Australia.

Traditionally we have practiced in New South Wales and Queensland but with the advent of PEXA in 2015 we began servicing other states and territories and now operate seamlessly Australia-wide. This is because PEXA makes all settlements 100% virtual, all jurisdictions use the same protocols, and all jurisdictions have materially identical Torrens legislation and we use DocuSign on all loans.
