I was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and have practised exclusively in banking and finance sector for over a decade.
My experience spans advising leading Australian and international financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, commercial and corporate lending, asset-based lending and project finance.
I enjoy working closely with clients to navigate complex lending transactions and provide commercially sound, solutions-focused advice. I pride myself on building strong, trusted relationships with clients, brokers and lending institutions through clear communication, responsiveness and a collaborative approach.
Prior to joining Bransgroves, I worked at Hamilton Locke, Dentons and Galilee Solicitors, where I developed deep technical expertise and a strong appreciation for commercially focused legal advice.
