Rachelle Joc

I was admitted to practice in July 2024, following several years of experience in property and commercial law across both top-tier and boutique firm environments. This background has given me a strong practical understanding of how matters progress from start to finish, together with a clear appreciation for efficiency, accuracy and client service.

I have independently managed my own files and acted as the primary point of contact for clients, while also contributing to more complex transactions. This work has strengthened my organisational skills, commercial awareness, and ability to resolve issues in a practical and considered way.

With a solid foundation in transactional property law, I joined Bransgroves Lawyers to specialise in mortgage advances and discharges. My experience in both high-volume and boutique settings allows me to make timely, strategic decisions, manage workflows effectively, and build strong, lasting client relationships, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes on every matter.
