I was admitted as a lawyer in 1999 and have specialised exclusively in property law since then. At Bransgroves Lawyers, I act for mortgage advances, discharges, and enforcements, with most of my clients being finance companies and mortgage funds.
With over 25 years of banking and finance experience, I began my career as a mortgage solicitor at Makhoul Symond Solicitors, where I spent nine years handling high-volume coded and non-coded loans exclusively for Aussie Home Loans. I then joined Grech Partners for seven years, managing similar high-volume lending files, primarily for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.
A key strength of our team at Bransgroves is the ability to provide seamless continuity. My colleagues can pick up any of my matters instantly thanks to the rigorous focus we place on uniformity, standardised procedures, and interoperability across partners and associates. This allows us to transfer files at short notice and maintain momentum with virtually no disruption to clients.
I particularly enjoy working at Bransgroves Lawyers because our efficient systems and streamlined procedures minimise administrative burdens. This frees me to concentrate on thorough due diligence and delivering fast, reliable turnarounds for clients.
