We see the big picture: the unkind truths protect everyone’s livelihoods. We won’t take it personally. If something in our process, attitude, or expectations is officious, bureaucratic, painful, unnecessary or absurd, please tell us. We want the slap in the face that forces improvement.

Five-star feedback feels nice, but it’s not actionable. What we need most is to know how we can do better.
