Where you provide identity documents to us, you authorise us to verify them through the Australian Government’s Document Verification Service, which checks that the details on the document match the records of the authority that issued it. The check confirms a match or non-match only; we do not receive additional personal information from the issuing authority, and the check does not affect your credit file.
Where you send us a message through a contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, telephone number and message you enter. The message is emailed to the person you addressed it to, with a copy to our office, and we use it only to reply to you and handle your enquiry. Form submissions are not used for marketing and are not passed to anyone outside the firm.
