Sharly Amin

I hold a double degree in Law (Honours) and Business from the University of Technology Sydney and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015.

I joined Bransgroves Lawyers as a Partner in 2025. Prior to that, I worked at a boutique firm specialising in mortgage enforcement for private lenders. My career spans national, boutique, and small firms, giving me a well-rounded and practical view of the private lending landscape.

With over a decade of experience acting for both institutional and private lenders, I specialise in mortgage enforcement and banking litigation across Australia and regularly run proceedings in courts nationwide. I’m known for delivering commercial, results-driven advice — particularly in complex, high-pressure matters.

My approach is highly client-focused — I take the time to understand each client’s individual goals and tailor my strategy accordingly. Whether it’s progressing with proceedings and a mortgagee sale or working cooperatively with borrowers who need time to get their affairs in order, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution. I’m focused on achieving the best possible result in the most efficient way.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve built strong, trusted relationships within the private lending sector and have acted for some of the best-known lenders in the market. My clients rely on me for practical, accessible, and results-driven advice — I’m someone who gets things done with minimal fuss and maximum focus.

I also enjoy mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continual improvement of our systems and procedures.

I value the innovation and flexibility Bransgroves Lawyers promotes — not just for work-life balance, but because it enables me to provide streamlined, responsive service to my clients every day.
