Six weeks after contracts are exchanged Bransgroves will attend to settlement through PEXA and your capital will be returned to you. We will also pay all interest owing to you from the date of default at the higher rate of interest. The costs of selling the property and our legal costs are also paid from the sale proceeds. Finally any surplus left over is returned to the borrower.
