Bransgroves Lawyers and Private Mortgage Holdings Pty Ltd, the bare trustee that holds title for our lender clients, are enrolled with AUSTRAC as reporting entities under the 2026 AML/CTF reforms. Every lender, investor, borrower and guarantor on a matter we act on is identified and verified under the policies below, which took effect on 2 August 2026. If you are new to the firm, start with the Onboarding guide: it explains in plain English what we will ask you for and why. Lenders who have wondered why Private Mortgage Holdings, not the investor, appears on title will find the answer in the two papers on that subject.
