Our long experience and diverse customer base allow us to put our reputation first. Accordingly we decline instructions where, in our respectful opinion, the:

1. borrower is likely to default (including a dubious purported exit strategy)
2. borrower or guarantor is legally vulnerable;
3. interest rate is unconscionable;
4. terms are potentially legally unfair;
5. lender is lending on a specialised security without the requisite skill set;
6. any party involved has a history of criminal behavior, including fraud;
7. any party involved has a history of unreasonable commercial behaviour;
8. any party involved has a history of unethical behaviour.
